Warranty

ZLINE products come with a manufacturer's warranty.

• Range hoods come with a three-year parts warranty and a lifetime motor warranty. ZLINE does not provide service for range hoods
• Microwaves come with a two-year parts warranty.  ZLINE does not provide service for Microwaves
• Wall ovens have a one-year parts and service warranty.

The warranty starts on the date of purchase for all products. Under the manufacturer's warranty parts and service are covered for any issue related to a faulty product. Issues related to improper installation or user error will not be covered.

 

To request service for your ZLINE product, please contact us through our Warranty Claim form. For quicker service, please provide your order number. The number is often located on your receipt or packing slip, if you are unable to locate it, please contact ZLINE Kitchen and Bath for order information. Our ZLINE warranty specialists may also ask you to provide pictures or video of the issue to aid in diagnosing the error.
